This Privacy Policy applies to the public-facing OpenSport website and related business development interactions. It does not, by itself, govern customer platform use, customer-uploaded data, API usage, athlete or team performance data processed on behalf of customers, or other enterprise/product data processing that may be covered by separate agreements, product terms, or data processing documentation.
